Shipping policy
Shipping area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95 — FREE on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take additional time.
Important note on fragrances
Perfumes and colognes contain alcohol and are classified as hazardous materials for transport. By law, they must ship via ground service and cannot be expedited by air in some cases. If your order contains fragrance, expedited options may be limited at checkout.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@lumora.com.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact your local carrier. If the package still cannot be found after 3 business days, email us and we will work with you on a resolution.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
